35th Anniversary of SLMP Pioneers’ Union on Dec. 28

The 35th anniversary of Sri Lanka Military Police (SLMP) Pioneers’ Union will be held on December 28, at the Tamarind Reception Hall in Siyambalape, Kandy Road, Delgoda.

The anniversary celebrations will be held under the auspice the Association’s National Organiser Retd. CO D.M. Pemasiri.

Arrangements have been made to award scholarships to the children of members who have been selected for university education at the ceremony. Senior members of the association will be felicitated with special awards as well.

Retd. Major Palitha Gonawala, the president of the association said the Anniversary event will commence at 8:30 a.m., and continue till 2:30 p.m., and all members are invited to the ceremony.
