500,000 vaccines were given yesterday with updating the vaccination records

Yesterday (29) was reported as the day when the highest number of Covid vaccines were given, renewing the Covid vaccination records.

It is reported that 515,830 people have been vaccinated yesterday.

Minister of State Channa Jayasumana stated that the first dose of Sinopharm was given to 418,494 persons yesterday and the second dose was 56,738.

The Minister of State further stated that 38,430 doses of Pfizer and 2,168 doses of Moderna were given yesterday.
