An allowance to encourage farmers to produce organic fertilizer

In order to encourage farmers to produce organic fertilizer, the Cabinet has approved to provide an incentive allowance of Rs. 12,500 per hectare to a maximum of 2 hectares to farmers who produce organic fertilizer and use it for their own farming.
