Calling pregnant mothers to work in the public service is suspended

Minister of State Prof. Channa Jayasumana states that pregnant mothers working in the public service are not called to work as usual.

Accordingly, a circular will be issued in the near future to enable pregnant mothers serving in the public service to work from home, the State Minister further stated.
