CMA panellists provide comprehensive analysis of budget proposals for 2024

A seminar on CMA Sri Lanka Budget Highlights 2024 – Analysis of Tax Proposals and Impact on Business, Economy and Society organized by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka was held yesterday at Taj Samudra, Colombo with the presence of experts in the economic field.

This seminar brought together experts and thought leaders to provide a comprehensive analysis of the budget proposals for the year 2024 and their potential implication on the Sri Lankan economy, businesses and society, especially in times of crisis. CMA Sri Lanka Founder President Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala made the introductory remarks. The presentations followed by a panel discussion which moderated by CMA Sri Lanka Council Member and OPA Treasurer Ruchira Perera.
