DFCC Bank spotlights sustainability at Association of Professional Bankers’ 34th anniversary
The 34th Anniversary Convention of the Association of Professional Bankers was recently held at the Hilton Colombo under the theme “Forward Gear—Road to Economic Sustainability.” Central Bank of Sri Lanka Governor Dr P. Nandalal Weerasinghe was the Guest of Honour at the occasion.
DFCC Bank also played a key role at the event, with CEO Thimal Perera in attendance, along with the top brass of other 
banks. Offshore Banking, Remittances, and Business Development Senior Vice President and Association of Professional Bankers Vice President Anton Arumugam was a key organiser. Meanwhile, the technical session on “Green Financing—The Road Ahead for Sri Lankan Banks” was moderated by DFCC Bank Sustainability and Consulting Vice President Nalin Karunatileka.
