Dr. Harsha de Silva – “Can’t find dollars at Central Bank prices”.

Samagi Jana Balawega MP Dr. Harsha de Silva states that the country is currently facing the biggest economic crisis since independence.

Dr. Harsha de Silva further stated that it is difficult to find dollars at the prices currently announced by the Central Bank and that a dollar in the unofficial market sells for between 235 and 240 rupees.
