Interim injunction against GMOA chairman

The Moratuwa District Court yesterday (22) issued an interim injunction restraining the President of the Government Medical Officers’ Association Anuruddha Padeniya and his staff from holding relevant posts.

The interim injunction was issued following a complaint filed by Dr. Jayaruwan Bandara in the Moratuwa District Court.

The complaint was lodged against Anuruddha Padeniya and 19 other officers of the Government Medical Officers’ Association.
