ISLAND TEA CO. & CEYLON COFFEE CLUB expand by opening in CCC mall, plans to open in PortCity

“Island Tea Co.”&“Ceylon Coffee Club” brands owned and operated by Ceylanka Trading Inc, a registered company under the Securities & Exchange Commission of Philippines in partnership with Silk Five Limited opened its second retail store in lifestyle mall Colombo City Centre, creating a destination-based retail experience with unique beverage products for the very first time in a mall environment in Sri Lanka.

Ceylanka Trading Inc. operates a network of over 150+ Tea & Coffee cafes across Philippines, Dubai, Ireland & Sri Lanka. The company has more outlets added to its network with planned openings in India and USA in the first quarter of 2024. The company in partnership with the Master Franchise partner for Sri Lanka Silk Five Private Limited is currently working towards an ambitious target of opening 100 branches across Sri Lanka within 5 years including one at the Port City Colombo.

The retail company from Philippines , having launched its presence in Sri Lanka with its first branch opening earlier this year in Nawala, has already commenced construction and plans to open its 3rd (third) branch in Town Hall by December 2023.
