Joseph Stalin and others protest at the Quarantine Center

The General Secretary of the Ceylon Teachers Union Joseph Stalin and his group who were taken to the Mullaitivu naval base for quarantine have engaged in a protest inside their premises.

It is reported that this protest has been made demanding the withdrawal of the Kotelawala Defense University Bill.
