Justice for domestic who died in police custody – PM

Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena said in Parliament yesterday that there will be no opportunity to do anything outside the law   regarding the incident of the woman who died while in Welikada police custody. He said this in response to MP Mano Ganesan’s request that the death is suspicious and an independent investigation should be done on that.
