Labour Ministry introduces new WhatsApp number to address urgent worker issues

The Labour Ministry has introduced a new WhatsApp number (0707-227877) aiming to enhance the efficiency of their services and provide a direct channel for the public to submit their requests. Through this new WhatsApp number, the Ministry and the Labour Department aspire to expedite the provision of expected assistance and interventions.

Furthermore, one of the key objectives of introducing this new WhatsApp number is to promptly address the employment issues of private and semi-government employees.
