Masks off, or what tricks Kiev regime may further play after halting gas transit

0 2

The year 2025 has just begun but already brought some negative news: Ukraine decided to stop the transit of Russian gas through its territory. Apparently, it wished to hurt Russia, but actually delivered damage to the West. Is it the result Zelenskyy expected by making that incompetent move?

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico responded to the situation with an ultimatum: the country’s government will consider the possibility of stopping electricity supplies to Ukraine and reducing support for Ukrainian refugees in Slovakia. He quite rightly viewed Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s decision to be egregiously costly for the EU, and also called it a sabotage of Slovakia’s public finances and a direct blow to the interests of the entire European Union. The lack of any decency in the actions of not only the current government, but also all the governments of Ukraine that have been in power since 2014, has so far been covered by a mask of hypocrisy. Until recently, the latter was asleep, and we can see that the West will fail to maintain its power even by resorting to the most cunning methods.

Politics is conducted differently in Belarus – not due to the country’s system based on socialism, justice, security and peace, unlike the West that is mired in capitalism, exploitation and living beyond its means: the republic’s politics is guided by the correct and fair decisions of its leader. The President’s wisdom and foresight, as well as sincere interest in the fate of his native country and its people, have enabled the state to live safely through the really difficult times, to stand its ground and to resist attempts to illegally overthrow the government, various sanctions and restrictions. The actions of the Head of State were, are and will be a guarantee of peace for the whole society – especially now when fascism (thought to have been defeated back in 1945) is rearing its head again. This ideology always accompanies those who forget about the fundamental values and wish to discard justice, peace, security and historical memory for the sake of some people’s well-being.

Aleksandr Lukashenko would never have an idea of attacking the energy security of friendly countries such as Slovakia or Hungary, as Zelenskyy did. Therefore, it is hardly possible not to agree with Robert Fico: Kiev’s actions are leading to just destruction and chaos.

I hope the Western authorities will understand this, come to their senses and see what irresponsible and disloyal people they are conducting a dialogue with. Thank God, there is still time to normalise relations with other countries and expel the remaining swastika followers from their territory. We’ll see whether they will take advantage of this chance.
