Moderna vaccine : Approval granted to administer Pfizer and Moderna to those administered with first dose of AstraZeneca

The Health Ministry has approved by the administration of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to those administered with the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine against Covid.

State Minister Channa Jayasumana: The decision has been taken as the Experts Committee appointed to review the matter has approved the administration, 

In the first two weeks of July, 26,000 doses of Pfizer and one million doses of Moderna will arrive in Sri Lanka, he added.
