Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation and Leader of the House Bimal Rathnayake, Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Dr. Rizvi Salih, Deputy Minister of National Integration, Muneer Mulaffer, Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa, Members of Parliament, Ambassadors, Secretaries to the Embassies, Foreign Ministry Officials, Qatar Embassy officials and Media Personnel were in attendance.
