New Foreign Minister assumes duties.

Former Minister of Education Prof. GL Peiris has assumed duties as the new Minister of External Affairs at the Ministry of External Affairs today.

It is reported that the former Minister of Foreign Affairs and the present Minister of Education Dinesh Gunawardena have also joined for the occasion.
