Preliminary steps to reopen schools in August

The Minister of Education Prof. GL Peiris states that the initial steps to start schools after the vaccination of teachers are expected to be implemented in August.

Accordingly, the Minister of Education stated that schools will be opened subject to health guidelines as part of the opening of the entire country.
