Specialist Dr. Upul Dissanayake – “Only go to the hospital if you have difficulty breathing”

Physiotherapist at the Colombo National Hospital Dr. Upul Dissanayake says that people infected with Covid should be admitted to the hospital only if they have difficulty breathing.

The doctor said that no matter what type of covid infection you have, there are some common symptoms and accordingly you do not need to be hospitalized if you only have a fever, body aches, back pain, headache, cough, and soreness throat.

Specialist Dr. Upul Dissanayake further stated that only those who have difficulty breathing and breathing should be hospitalized.
