Sri Lanka’s consumer price inflation eased to minus 0.8 per cent year-on-year in October ,compared to (-0.5)% in September, according to the Department of Census and Statistics.
Food inflation rose slightly to 1%, up from (-0.3)% in September, while non-food inflation decreased to (-1.6)% from (-0.5)% in the previous month.
