State Minister Channa Jayasumana – “No decision to close the country”

Minister of State Channa Jayasumana states that no decision has been taken to close the country completely in the face of the current covid situation.

However, the Minister said after a meeting chaired by the President this morning that he hopes to further tighten the travel restrictions and that the Army Commander will officially inform about it this evening.
