The fourth judge to consider the Rishad Bathiudeen brothers’ petition also resigns

The fourth judge of the Supreme Court bench considering the fundamental rights petitions filed by former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen and his brother Riaz Bathiudeen has also resigned.

The petitioners had filed a petition seeking their release on the grounds that their detention was illegal.
