To mark this partnership, a press conference was held on March 14, unveiling innovative programmes resulting from the collaboration, notably the integration of Microsoft Fundamental Programmes into the curriculum.
BCAS Campus Chief Operating Officer Rajitha Ranaweera, commended this strategic initiative for its potential to significantly reshape learning paradigms and effectively address the dynamic demands of the evolving industry. He highlighted the benefits BCAS students will gain through this partnership, including access to technical skills and certifications, thereby enhancing their competitiveness in the job market.
As a result of this partnership, BCAS Campus will incorporate Microsoft Fundamental courses into its curriculum, including Azure Fundamentals, Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, Fundamentals of AI and Biz Apps, ensuring students graduate with both academic qualifications and professional certifications.
