Yukthiya Operation: 660 arrested

During the special operation ‘Yukthiya’ conducted by the Sri Lanka Police and its Special Task Force (STF) in 24 hours, the following quantities of narcotics were seized.

The narcotics that were seized had 152g of heroin, 134g of crystal methamphetamine (Ice), 04kg 150g of cannabis, 775 cannabis plants and 192,826 narcotic pills..

A total of 660 suspects have been arrested during the operation.
