Twelve year old up and coming Volleyball player, Captain of the under eleven team of Janadhipathy Vidyalaya in 2020, under eleven best player of Divisional Tournament 2021 and under 13 captain of Dhammissara National School Nattandiya and Best Attacker of the DSI All Island under 13 Volleyball Tournament, Rajapakse Pathiranalage Yumira Dilnath Rajapakse has brought honour and immense glory to his two schools Janadhipathy Vidyalaya and Dhammissara National School with his deeds in the field of Volleyball.

Janadhipathy Vidyalaya in 2017 and at the age of ten years he showed an interest in Volleyball and his Parents Prasad Priyashantha and Ganga Shamali handed over their son to school Volleyball coach Asoka Indika and in the following year he captained the school under eleven team.

When he came up to grade four he was drafted to Dhammissara National School and he was a unanimous choice for the under eleven team and in the Divisional tournament he was adjudged as the under eleven Best Player. Also he played in the Zonal, District and Provincial and Dhammissara were the Champions.

This year captaining the under 13 team and winning all the tournaments and at the All Island Inter Schools DSI Tournament Dhammissara were the Champions and Yumira was adjudged as the under 13 Best Attacker of the tournament 2023.
